Does Zeylaan ship to the USA, UK, Australia and other countries?

Zeylaan currently ships to the following countries:

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Russia, Ukraine, Switzerland, Norway, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina and New Zealand.

If your country is not listed above, we are sorry but we are unable to deliver to your location at this time. We are continuously working to expand our shipping destinations. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

  • Economy Shipping (Hermes / Singapore Post): 21–28 business days depending on your country
  • Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / Aramex): 5-7 business days depending on your country

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays. We recommend express shipping for time-sensitive orders.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country and the weight of your order. We offer two options:

  • Economy Shipping: Affordable and slower via Hermes or Singapore Post — ideal for non-urgent orders
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery via DHL, FedEx, or Aramex — recommended for urgent orders

You can see the exact shipping cost for your order before completing payment. There are no hidden fees.

Yes, all orders come with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Economy shipments can be tracked via http://parcelsapp.com/ Express shipments via DHL, FedEx, or Aramex include full door-to-door tracking. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@zeylaan.com.

No. Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and depend on the destination country’s regulations.

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Due to the nature of our products — including food, herbal, and personal care items — we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible.

Many of our products are handmade, natural, or traditionally produced. Product descriptions clearly mention details such as handmade, natural, or organic where applicable. also we have generic products as well which you can get from Sri Lanka.
